OTOP.PH Ginama’s main market used to be local and foreign tourists. Tourists would often buy local delicacies, novelties or something to give to families and friends back home, or something to remind them of the trip. With travel restrictions due to the pandemic, the marketing shifted to locals buying products they can use or give away as presents to help the local producers. Government or corporate offices remain to be big customers. Government or corporate offices buy tokens or goodwill gifts to resource speakers, facilitators, consultants, clients, guests and VIPs.

This is convenient since the store is strategically located at the city center at Gaston Park, Rizal Street, Cagayan de Oro City. The area has heavy foot traffic and is a main thoroughfare for most jeepneys. It is very accessible from any point in the city downtown area by either a jeepney or motorela.
